EL ESFUERZO ANALÍTICO DE ESTE TRABAJO ESTÁ ENCAMINADO A SISTEMATIZAR LAS DIVERSAS CONTRIBUCIONES QUE LOS TEÓRICOS INSTITUCIONALISTAS HAN EFECTUADO EN TORNO A LOS PROCESOS DE CAMBIO ORGANIZACIONAL; POR ELLO, LA FINALIDAD ES PRESENTAR NOCIONES SOBRE ESE CAMBIO ORGANIZACIONAL, LAS CUALES SE ENCONTRABAN DISPERSAS, PARA FACILITAR LA POSIBILIDAD DE DERIVAR LECCIONES SIGNIFICATIVAS QUE PERMITAN SENTAR BASES SÓLIDAS PARA LOGRAR UNA VISIÓN MÁS PRECISA DE LA CONCEPCIÓN VIGENTE QUE SOBRE EL CAMBIO ORGANIZACIONAL ESTÁ INCORPORADA EN EL ENFOQUE EN CUESTIÓN.
