Abstract
BAJO UN CONTEXTO DE LIBERALIZACIÓN ECONÓMICA SE EXIGE TRABAJAR CON NIVELES DE BAJA INFLACIÓN Y TIPO DE CAMBIO ESTABLE. EL OBJETIVO DE BAJA INFLACIÓN Y TIPO DE CAMBIO ESTABLE IMPIDEN EL BUEN DESEMPEÑO DEL SISTEMA PARA GENERAR GANANCIAS; POR LO TANTO, LOS TRES SECTORES DE LA ECONOMÍA (PÚBLICO, PRIVADO Y EXTERNO) SON INCAPACES DE PROPICIAR CRECIMIENTO ECONÓMICO. SE MANTIENE LA ESTABILIDAD DE LAS VARIABLES MONETARIAS A COSTA DEL DETERIORO DE LAS VARIABLES REALES; PARA REVERTIR LA SITUACIÓN SE HACE NECESARIA UNA PARTICIPACIÓN MÁS ACTIVA DEL SECTOR PÚBLICO DONDE ÉSTE SE CONSOLIDE NUEVAMENTE COMO BUJÍA DEL CRECIMIENTO ECONÓMICO, PASANDO POR LA REVISIÓN DE LA APERTURA ECONÓMICA.© 2018, Facultad de Contaduría y Administración, Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México.
