Abstract
La crisis financiera que actualmente afecta la economía mundial ha llevado a recesión a muchos países; por una parte, se debió a la falta de regulación del Estado; y, por otra, a una visión de corto plazo de muchos empresarios, fundamentalmente del sector financiero. Los funcionarios de este sector —sin ninguna consideración ética— promovieron la desregulación, formaron modelos de administración de riesgo inadecuados y aprovecharon la movilidad del capital en el nivel mundial para buscar grandes ganancias.
